POSLink allows you to directly connect an EFTPOS terminal to your point of sale (POS) system or electronic cash register (ECR) - removing the need to re-enter the purchase amount into your EFTPOS terminal.

POSLink is ideally suited to businesses operating a single lane or a small number of POS lanes.

How It Works

POSLink enables your POS / ECR to send a simple message to the EFTPOS terminal containing the EFTPOS transaction value so you don't need to key it into the terminal. 

POSLink is currently only compatible with the Keycorp K23 terminal.

What You Need

• Your POS software / electronic cash register needs to be configured to use POSLink
• A POSLink cable (supplied with terminal)

Technical Information

Using POSLink requires the POS / ECR to be configured and certified in order to send the one way (only) message - from the POS to the terminal. (With POSLink the terminal receives and processes the message but does not send any response back to the POS).

To configure your POS / ECR to use POSLink requires the POSLink interface specification.
