POS Integration And Certification
To integrate PC EFTPOS with your point of sale (POS) system you'll need the PC EFTPOS Software Development Kit (SDK). Prior to receiving this kit you'll need to sign and return a software confidentiality agreement (this document will confirm any charges associated with the integration cycle). On return of the signed agreement we'll provide instructions on how to download the SDK so you can commence development.
Once development is complete, you will need to book a PC EFTPOS "Integration Certification". You will need to supply a completed test plan and test receipts prior to the start of your "Integration Certification". You will also need to provide a copy of your POS software along with installation instructions. Note that certification is conducted at EFTPOS New Zealand's premises in Wellington, and all equipment required for certification must be supplied by you. The development is piloted. On completion of a successful pilot the integrated solution is released to market.
