Presents cards for payment in exchange for your goods and/or services

The merchant - you/your staff

Accepts cards as payment for your good and/or services

EFTPOS New Zealand Network ('Switch')

Routes card (EFTPOS) transactions from your terminal or Internet payment gateway to Visa and MasterCard and/or Card Issuing Organisations/Banks for approval

EFTPOS New Zealand Limited

Sells/rents and installs EFTPOS terminals and licences Internet payment gateways and integrated payment solutions
Provides ongoing servicing and maintenance for all products and services
Authorises transactions on ANZ cardholder accounts
Obtains authorisation from other banks for non ANZ cards
Credits your bank account with the proceeds from goods and services sold
Obtains financial reimbursement from banks for non ANZ cards
Provides you with a monthly statement summarising your credit card transactions
Provides enquiry facilities and technical services through the Merchant Services Help-desk
